Your area of responsibility includes:

• Responsibility for the strategic IT purchasing of a leading M-DAX company with product groups such as software, hardware and IT services
• Development of innovative product group strategies in close cooperation with internal stakeholders and operational IT purchasing
  Supporting the international locations in France, USA and China in purchasing issues and promoting global exchange
• Independently preparing tenders, evaluating different offers and solution concepts and negotiating complex (framework) contracts with global players
• Management-orientated preparation of results
• Systematically carrying out supplier evaluations and ensuring the further development of strategic partnershipsIntroducing innovative approaches for the continuous development of the purchasing function

Your qualifications are:

• Several years of experience in strategic IT purchasing and always have your finger on the pulse
• Completed relevant studies or comparable qualification/further training
• Independent and results-orientated way of working with the ability to drive things forward
• Confident demeanour and curiosity that make you a competent partner for internal and external stakeholders
• Negotiation skills, decisiveness and taking responsibility for your results
• Fluent in German and English and comfortable in an international environment
• Ideally knowledge of SAP S/4 and SRM
